Case of a SIinus repair and full restoration from DIIWC

This is a case of a sinus repair from a failed implant referred by another colleague, followed by crestal lift, 2 implants and restoration. Implants positioned using Implant Positioning Kit. DSI Implants used. Custom Abutments & Crowns designed on Exocad and milled in house – (except the abutments milled @ Truabutment).
