This is a case we started earlier in the year. Digital Scanning for impression-all modeless. The contacts were perfect. Slight occlusal adjustment. Thin ridge originally, bone graft slide missing. PTFE for sutures, the doctor prefers PGCL because it does not stretch as much. Note the buccal profile after restoration and the mesiodistal gentle S-Curve of the abutment. Look for the stability of crestal bone levels and the increase in bucco-lingual width along with a wide thick band of keratinized tissues. This patient was seen 4 times. Once for the initial surgery (1 hr), post op ck (15 min) impression (30 min), and final checking process (30 min – could’ve been 15). Contacts were perfect-no adjustments were needed.
